Keep your jar tightly capped in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and bathroom steam, like on a vanity or bedroom shelf, to keep the creamy emulsion perfectly stable. If left in bathrooms that get warm and humid, you might occasionally see tiny water droplets form on the inside of the lid—this is completely normal, so just wipe the cap dry with a clean towel. Always avoid using your fingers to scoop your butter out, use our spoon instead and enjoy it within 12 months of opening for the absolute best, ultra-smooth texture.
